How Our Service Works
Once a clinical triage is made by our Doctor over the phone there will be 3 options the Doctor will advise.
1. Online Video Consultation.
2. Nurse / EMT Paramedic contact at home with onsite online video consultation.
3. Doctor contact at home.

Depending on the level of triage the Doctor will discuss which level is most suitable.
Should an onsite visit be required contact is often made within 1 to 2 hours.
We assess, treat, and guide next steps, including, IV Fluids, drug administration or prescriptions and referrals if needed.
